David & Virginia Foster Scholarship

I am attending Phoenix College. Preference will be given to Latino/Latina students. I am pursuing an AA degree. I am planning to pursue a degree in public service or community affairs. I am not a US Citizen. I have a minimum 2.5 GPA. I have a minimum of 12 credit hours completed at Phoenix College. I am ineligible for Federal Financial Aid.
